Generally In stock items ship out within 24 to 48 hours upon Ironworker LLC receiving payment. Specialty or custom made tooling and punches may take up to 6 weeks. Ironworkers are shipped via truck to customer. All orders and quotes on shipping are considered non residential. An additional fee is charged for residential deliveries and lift gate services. Small tooling orders are generally shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. The Customer must provide a means to unload the truck and be present at time of delivery of machine, if lift gate services are not used. Upon receiving the Machine or other goods, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect the machine for any damages that may have resulted from the shipping company. If any damages are found, the customer should refuse the shipment and contact Ironworker LLC immediately. For returned goods sold by Ironworker LLC., a 25% restocking fee may apply, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.e U.S.A.
